Build an EAP around the people who have to use it
One short form, on one page. Choose the parts you want, tell us where your people are, and the panel builds your programme as you go. Add your details at the end and the costing lands in your inbox, with a person replying within one working day.
Before you compare vendors
2 questions most EAP decisions skip
Does your workforce know an EAP is for them? Not whether it was in the benefits email. Whether a machine operator on nights, 3 months into the job, understands that this is a thing they are allowed to use, and that it is free, and that nobody will be told.
Would they know when they need it? Almost nobody wakes up and decides they need therapy. People notice they are sleeping badly, snapping at home, dreading Monday. Very few of them translate that into booking a counselling session with a stranger.
In most workforces the honest answer to both is no. A programme that assumes yes gets bought, announced once, and then sits there. That is the whole reason EAP utilisation is the number every provider is asked about and very few will put in writing.
So the question worth asking is not which vendor has the biggest therapist network. It is what happens in the gap between someone feeling bad and someone asking for help.
How we approach it
One chat. 2 kinds of help.
An employee opens the app and finds a conversation, not a directory. ai is the AI companion: available at any hour, in 8 languages, with no appointment, no queue and nothing to explain to a stranger before you are ready. For a lot of people that is the entire first step, taken at 2am, without deciding they have a problem worth a therapist.
eve is the human side. When a conversation needs a person, a licensed therapist picks up on the other end of that same chat. Counselling sessions are booked privately in the app and drawn from your organisation's pooled credits, so nobody has to ask HR, a manager or anyone else for permission first.
Neither one gates the other. Someone can talk to ai for months and never book a session. Someone else can book on day one and never use the AI. Both are normal, and both are available from the same place, whenever they are needed.
If a conversation indicates someone may be at risk, the platform moves them to a human straight away and shows verified crisis lines for their country. That protocol, and exactly what an employer can and cannot see, is set out on the trust page.
Reaching everyone, not just head office
The programme has to survive contact with a shift
- No work email required. Onboarding runs on a QR code and a personal mobile number, usually in a shift briefing, because most frontline employees have never had a company inbox to log in with.
- Shared devices where phones are not carried. Kiosk mode on break room tablets, with sessions that leave nothing behind on the device.
- 8 languages, including Bahasa Malaysia, Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, Cantonese, Tamil, Nepali and Bengali, with real time translation so a conversation is never limited by vocabulary.
- Shift aware timing, so a night rotation gets check-ins and campaigns on its own hours rather than on head office's.
These are the details that decide whether a programme reaches the half of your workforce that a phone line never did. They are also the questions the builder below asks you about.
Build your programme
Start from a recommended mix or pick service by service. Nothing is locked in, and your details are asked for once, at the end.
What happens after you send it
We reply within one working day
A person reads what you sent. You get back the tier we think fits, what it would cost for your headcount, and anything in your answers that makes us think differently.
A 20 minute call, if you want one
Bring your headcount, your languages and your shift pattern. Bring your compliance officer too: the dashboard, the anonymity thresholds and the crisis protocol are the parts worth interrogating.
A written quote
Priced against your actual headcount band, with what is included written down. Core is published, so you can check our figure against the pricing page before you call.
We will tell you if we are the wrong fit. If your workforce is 40 people at desks who all speak English, a lot of what we build is not worth paying for, and we would rather say so than sell it.
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to fill in the whole thing?
Pick at least one part, put a headcount against at least one country, and say what your people have today. Then a name and a work email. Everything else is optional, and the panel tells you which question is still outstanding as you go.
Why is the cost emailed rather than shown?
Because a headline number without your context is how vendors mislead each other. The email prices each market you named at its own published Core rate and says plainly what is not included. The emailed figure is an estimate, not a contract. Core has a published rate per market, so that part of the number is real and you can check it against the pricing page. Counselling, training and the assessment sit above Core and are quoted once we know the volume.
What if we already have an EAP?
Then the useful question is what it is missing. We can sit alongside an existing provider and cover the gaps, usually languages, out of hours access and the space between someone struggling and someone booking, or replace the programme entirely. The builder asks, and the answer changes what we recommend.
How is it billed?
Per employee per year, on monthly active users rather than licence count. You commit to a headcount band and pay against the people who genuinely use it each month. Counselling is bought as pooled credits and drawn down as employees book.
Can employees without smartphones use it?
Yes. Kiosk mode runs on shared tablets in break rooms, with sessions that leave nothing on the device. Onboarding needs a mobile number and a QR code, not a company email address.
Prices shown are the published Core figure for the market selected above. Extended and Complete are quoted on request. Last reviewed 13 September 2026.
Or skip the form and talk to a person
If you already know what you need, a 20 minute call is faster than any builder. If you are still working out whether an EAP is even the right thing to buy, start with what an EAP actually is.
