Pricing
Published, because comparing vendors who all hide their prices wastes everyone's time.
Platform access
From S$36 per employee per year on Core, billed on monthly active users. Extended and Complete are quoted on request. You commit to a headcount band, and what you actually pay tracks the people who genuinely use the platform each month, not the licence count on a spreadsheet.
We quote in your country's currency, so figures here stay country neutral. Malaysia pricing is published in full on the Malaysia page, including the PRisMA assessment bands and HRD Corp claimable training.

Workshops and training
Request pricing, per person. Manager capability, employee awareness and psychosocial topics prescribed by PRisMA action plans, delivered in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin, on site or online. In Malaysia, training is claimable through HRD Corp; the catalogue and the claim process are on the training page. Elsewhere there is no equivalent levy scheme.
Counselling credits
Sessions with licensed counsellors are bought as credits and drawn down as your employees book. Credits are pooled across the workforce, so nobody has to ask HR before seeking help. Volume rates are agreed with your platform contract.
Psychosocial risk assessment
Singapore has no statutory psychosocial risk assessment. The Tripartite Advisory on Mental Well-being at Workplaces sets the expectation instead, and the WSH Council's iWorkHealth survey is the free starting point. We scope assessment work against those rather than against a prescribed methodology. See the Singapore page.
Pricing questions, answered
What does billing on monthly active users mean?
A monthly active user is an employee who actually opens and uses the platform in a given month. Most vendors charge per licence whether anyone logs in or not, which means you pay in full for a benefit nobody uses. We bill against genuine usage within your contracted band, because the incentive should sit with us to make the platform worth opening.
Is there a minimum contract term?
12 months. Wellbeing programmes that run for less than a year do not produce measurable change, and measurement is half the point.
What happens if usage exceeds the base we contracted?
High usage is a good outcome, not a penalty event. If sustained active usage runs above your contracted band, we agree the next band with you at the following renewal. You are never billed a surprise overage mid term.
Do unused counselling credits roll over?
Credits remain available for the full contract term, so a quiet quarter does not waste them. Treatment at renewal is agreed in your contract before you sign.
Is there a training grant we can use?
Singapore has no equivalent of Malaysia's HRD Corp levy for this category. Depending on your workforce plan, structured training may be supportable through SkillsFuture related enterprise schemes; eligibility depends on the course and your entity, and we confirm it during scoping rather than promising it here.
