One partner, not a marketplace

We do not hand you a directory of therapists and wish you luck. We run one care team, one platform and one accountable programme, designed around your workforce and reviewed with you every quarter.

What being a partner actually means

A marketplace sells you access and leaves delivery to you. We take responsibility for the outcome: we configure the programme, run the launch with your managers, staff the care team, watch the engagement data, and tell you what to change. One contract, one accountable team, one number to call.

That distinction matters most for the workforces everyone else struggles to reach: shift workers, frontline teams, people who do not have a work email or a private room to take a call in. Reaching them is delivery work, not software.

The engagement

How a programme runs, step by step

  1. Discovery, about 45 minutes

Headcount by site and work unit, the languages your people actually speak, shift patterns, what support exists today and how much of it gets used. No slide deck required from you.

  2. Design your programme

We configure languages, onboarding route (app, QR or kiosk), how many counselling credits to pool, which training to run, and a campaign calendar that matches your year: festive peaks, audit season, shift rotations.

  3. Launch together

We come to you. On site activations at depots, plants and outlets, manager briefings so supervisors can answer the two questions everyone asks, and launch communications we draft with your team. Onboarding takes an employee about two minutes.

  4. Everyday care

ai is available at any hour in eight languages. eve puts a human therapist on chat, and licensed therapists are one tap away, drawn from your pooled credits with no approval step. If a conversation indicates risk, a human takes over immediately and verified crisis lines for that country appear.

  5. Measure and report

Anonymised dashboards update continuously, and a monthly summary tells your team what changed, what to watch and what to do next. Patterns only. Never people.

  6. Review and adjust every quarter

We sit down with your HR team, look at what the data says, and change the programme: more training where strain is concentrated, different campaign timing, extra languages, added sites.

Your options

Three ways to start, depending on where you are

Most employers know their people need support. What differs is budget, urgency and how much change the organisation can absorb this quarter. Start anywhere on this ladder and move up when you are ready.

Kai, for employers not ready to commit Free to start

What it is. Kai is a free personal AI companion your employees can start using today. No contract, no rollout project, and no employee data comes back to you.

Who it suits. Companies with no wellbeing budget this year, teams too small for a programme, or an employer who wants to signal intent before a procurement cycle.

How to move. Sign a two page Employer Partner agreement and your people get a privileged rate on the paid tier, or fully subsidised places if you choose to fund them, redeemed privately with a company code. You see aggregate uptake only.

How Kai works

eve & ai Core From RM150 per employee per year

What it is. The full workplace platform: ai the AI companion in eight languages, daily check-ins and journaling, PERMA based programmes, Run My Day, Flip-to-Win, crisis routes, and the anonymised HR dashboard.

Who it suits. Employers who want real support in every employee's pocket, with visibility for HR, and who will add therapy or training as usage tells them where it is needed.

What we do. Discovery, configuration, launch support and monthly insight summaries. Billed on monthly active users, so you pay for a benefit that gets used.

What is in the platform

eve & ai Complete Programme

What it is. Core plus the human layer: pooled counselling credits with licensed therapists, manager and employee training (HRD Corp claimable in Malaysia), coaching and resilience workshops, on site activations, and quarterly reviews with a named account and clinical lead.

Who it suits. Organisations treating wellbeing as a programme rather than a benefit line, and any employer with frontline or shift workforces that need delivery, not just an app.

Add for Malaysia. The PRisMA psychosocial risk assessment, so your statutory duty and your wellbeing programme are one workstream with one partner.

Where we operate

Built in Asia, relevant anywhere

Our home markets are Malaysia and Singapore, and our clients run across the region: Netpluz Asia and iTaz in Singapore, Nichii Fashion in Malaysia, Tower Transit's bus depots, Baker Tilly's professional teams. Through Zoala, the group works across six countries.

The platform delivers in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, Cantonese, Tamil, Nepali and Bengali, which covers both regional workforces and the migrant workforces inside them. For multinational employers, one contract can cover several countries with local currency pricing, local crisis resources and entity level views on the same dashboard.
