Therapy, AI support and insight in one place

Care employees will actually use. Visibility HR can act on. Training that closes the gaps the data finds. Each piece works alone; together they are a programme.

For employees

Support that meets people where they are

Every employee gets a private space in the app. At its centre is ai, an AI companion available at any hour in eight languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, Cantonese, Tamil, Nepali and Bengali, with real time translation so a conversation never stalls on vocabulary. No appointment, no queue, no explaining yourself to a stranger before you are ready.

Around ai sit daily mood check-ins, private journaling and guided reflections, and self guided programmes built on the PERMA wellbeing framework, covering stress, sleep, relationships and money worries in exercises short enough to fit inside a break. Run My Day lets teams put wellbeing goals alongside work tasks, and the Flip-to-Win reward layer keeps engagement weekly rather than launch week only. When someone needs more, eve puts a human therapist on the other end of the same chat, and licensed counsellors are one tap away: sessions are booked in the app and drawn from your organisation's pooled credits, so no individual has to ask anyone's permission.

If a conversation indicates someone may be at risk, the platform moves them to a human immediately and shows verified crisis lines for their country. The full protocol is described on the trust page.

For HR

Insights without surveillance

The dashboard shows engagement, mood trends and pressure points by department and site, updated continuously. Every figure is aggregated and anonymised, and no group small enough to identify anyone is reported at all. You see patterns. You never see people.

That is enough to answer the questions that matter: which parts of the business are under strain, whether the programme is being used, and whether the trend is moving after you intervene. Alongside the dashboard, your team receives a monthly insights summary with what changed, what to watch and what to do next, curated by people, not just exported by software. It is also the evidence base a PRisMA reassessment looks for, gathered continuously rather than reconstructed every two years.

Early risk detection works the same anonymised way: quick vibe checks and 30 second pulse surveys track wellbeing between check-ins, and when aggregate strain in a unit moves sharply, HR sees a real time alert about the pattern. Individuals who need help are routed to support privately; what reaches HR is never a name.

What the employer can and cannot see is written down precisely on the trust page, in the form your compliance team will want it.

Training

Close the gaps the data finds

Dashboards tell you where the strain is; training changes what happens next. Manager essentials, employee awareness and psychosocial risk courses are delivered in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin, on site or online, from RM185 per person, and are claimable through HRD Corp in Malaysia.

Where a PRisMA assessment has prescribed actions, courses map to the guideline's themes, so the training you fund with your levy is also evidence of controls for your audit file. The catalogue and claim process are on the training page.

Beyond group training, coaching builds individual capability: one to one coaching on time management, conflict and growth; leadership coaching on emotional intelligence, crisis leadership and team motivation; and team resilience workshops built on group discussion, real scenarios and mindfulness practice. In-app self reflection tools carry the work between sessions, with guided journaling and progress tracking aligned to coaching goals.

Care, not just software

A care team stands behind the app

Licensed therapists, clinical supervision, a crisis protocol that is tested rather than promised, and a named clinical lead for programme clients. The technology exists so that human care can reach further, not so it can be replaced.

Delivery

Built for the whole workforce, not just head office

No work email needed

Onboarding runs by QR code and mobile number, because most frontline workers have no corporate identity to log in with.

Kiosk and shared devices

Shared tablets in break rooms for workforces without smartphones, with private sessions that leave nothing behind on the device.

Shift aware

Campaigns and check ins scheduled around shift patterns, so the night shift is not served content timed for office hours.

Sector specifics, including manufacturing lines, plantations and driver workforces, are covered on the industry pages.

See it with your own data questions in mind

Bring your compliance officer to the demo. The dashboard, the anonymity thresholds and the crisis protocol are the parts worth interrogating.
