Netpluz Asia: support that works at 3am, for people who cannot talk about work

Cybersecurity and managed services · Singapore · 90 staff · English, Mandarin

The situation

Netpluz Asia provides managed network, cloud and cybersecurity services to businesses across the region. The work arrives without warning, runs through the night, and much of it cannot be discussed outside the team. In an environment where sustained alertness is the product, mental resilience is an operational requirement, not a perk.

The buying requirement was precise. Support had to be available during the hours the pressure actually happens, and the confidentiality position had to survive scrutiny from a workforce whose profession is distrusting systems. A vendor who could not explain exactly what the employer sees would not get through the door.

What we did

Before commercials, we walked the firm's own security specialists through the platform's data handling: what is stored, where, what the employer dashboard contains, and the anonymity floor below which nothing is reported for a company of this size. That review happening first was the reason the rest happened at all.

Deployment itself was light. Staff onboarded through a company code, with ai available around the clock for the nights an incident runs long, mood check-ins to catch strain early, and therapist chat one tap away with nobody's sign off required. Managers took the capability session on spotting strain in a team that prides itself on not showing any.

What the client says

"In cybersecurity, mental resilience is as vital as system security. Eve & AI gives our team private, proactive support, from mood check-ins to therapist chat. It's easy to use, multilingual, and aligns with our high-performance culture. The result? Sharper focus, better morale, and a stronger human firewall."

What happened

Usage concentrated exactly where the design predicted: outside office hours, around major incidents. Mood check-ins and therapist chat became routine rather than crisis-only tools. Detailed engagement figures for the deployment are available on a reference call.
